Effects of Drinking Alcohol

Alcohol is a big part in our society, from which many people become alcoholics and suffer from its many negative effects. There are three main effects of drinking alcohol.

One effect of drinking alcohol is that it effects a person’s health badly. Alcohol consists of a large group of organic chemical compounds, which can be absorbed into a human’s blood vessels and transports to the brain and the spinal cord. Nerve cells can be damaged by alcohol; as a result, the people’s memory turns to be bad. In addition, alcohol effects to the liver too. Since the liver is the important area of alcohol metabolism, the exorbitant quantity of alcohol will damage the liver cells and bring about liver disease.

Another effect of alcohol drinking is that many of drinkers suffer from the symptoms of alcoholism. Because of alcohol, their emotions, behavior, and personality are changed. Alcoholics may become aggressive, or quiet and depressed.

A third effect is that since people begin to drink, they begin to waste money on unnecessary things like alcoholic drinks. Moreover, if they still continue drinking, they will be unable to save money or maybe have trouble with money and lead to debt.

In conclusion, alcohol drinking is a bad health habit which effects a drinker’s life in many ways, especially, their health, behavior or personality, and financial state. I think most of people know that alcohol drinking is bad, but they still continue drinking. So I think the government should deal with it legally. For example, it should be illegal for people who are under the age of 20 to drink alcohol.

Everybody!! Happy New year 2010 !!!
This new year, my friend from Tokyo come to stay at my apartment.
We took a small trip together at Shizuoka. I took her to a shrine at Fujinomiya and ate some japanese traditional sweets.
I intruduced her to my seniors, and then we all went to a movie together at Numazu. We watched `Avatar` that showing on now. Exactly, I didn`t feel like to see any movies at that day, but everyone sounded to go to see a movie.
After seeing, I found that it`s really a great movie that I have seen before. I think I`m lucky That I saw this movie with my friends!

After that, we rested at `Cat Cafe`. I ate a medium size of Yogert-Ice cream.

Before backing home, we went to karaoke and stayed night late at there.
we got the last train to home. It`s a very tired day but happy!

How To Make a Delicious Hot Cake

If you think about what is good sweet for X' mas party, I like to suggest hot cake or pancake. Hot cakes are one of my favorite sweet and easy to make.

1.First, put 2 cups of flour into a bowl.

2.Second, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 3 teaspoons of baking powder and mix them all.

3.Third, add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of oil or melted butter and some milk, and then stir all of the admixtures together again.

4.Next, heat an iron pan with grease oil to medium heat .

5.Then, add hot cake admixture into the pan. Flip and cook the other side until the cake looked dry.

6.Finally, serve the hot cake with honey, chocolate cream, or sweetened condensed milk.

Things I Like to Do on the Weekend

Generally, I like to be able to get enough sleep at least once a week. So, I usually wake up at late on the weekend. After I wake up, I always spend time doing some housework such as doing laundry or cleaning my room.

I also watch a NHK program that has been released on the TV through the Internet because I typically study on weekdays and always too busy to do these.

Before I go to bed, I am always online and chat or play games. On the weekend, if it doesn’t rain, they are the days I like the most.

In a good- weather day , the old man set up a chair at the beach for taking a nap with his dog. Next, they two were asleep. And it seemed the man had a sweet dream. Suddenly, the seawater has flooded his feet, and waked them up. At last, he brought his dog and went back.

Vegetarian Festival in Thailand

It is now Vegetarian festival in Thailand. This is one of Buddhism`s festival that come from China. This festival`s purpose is for giving the animal`s life that will be done for every year. But it is not mean that everyone must do this, it depends on you.
For me, my family eat vegetarian and I do Vegetarian festival since I was young. Therefore I have no problem to do Vegetarian festival in this year.

In the future..

I dream to be a rich one.
If I am rich I will use money to help poor people.

By supporting someone`s life I will pround of myself and be happy and be encouraged to keeping on to do anything on my life.

So now, the thing that I can do for making this dream come true is working-hard on studying as I can.
